200: Duration for opening the air slide has been exceeded

Please check in the air slide if there are some restmaterials or a lot of swarfs, so the air slide can't work proper.
To check this, open the front door of the machine with the control key.

Before the protective cover can be removed it is obligatory to disconnect the compressed air supply!!
Otherwise it can lead to injury!
All changes which are made on the machine, even if it is for maintenance, please note it is at your own risk.

It is necessary to unscrew and remove the protective cover from the air slide.

Clean the air slide throughly and place the protective cover back and screw it on.

When the air slide is clean and working properly but you get the error message anyway, it is necessary to then check the sensor.
The sensor is attached on the pneumatic cylinder.
Please check if the orange LED of the sensor is on, when the air slide is open. If the LED is not on, it is necessary to adjust the sensor of the air slide.

To adjust the sensor the air slide has to be open. Open the screw of the sensor but slightly, so you can move the sensor backwards and forwards.
Move the sensor forwards and backwards till the LED is on. Now tighten the screw again.
Try to open and close the air slide a few times to check if the sensor is working.
