If Softkeys are shown as greyed out, some conditions are not given. For example, no cnc program in the job list, no program selected,...

Directory Content

The directory content shows all available jobs. All programs in the directory content are deleted when the milling was successful.
If a program was aborted, it will still be in the directory content and can be started for a second time. All files and folders which are older as seven days, are deleted from Directory Content.

Job List

To start a job, the job must be added in the job list. This can be done with the softkey "Import" or drag and drop.
The job list shows the job which is in progress at the moment and which are in the waiting loop. The jobs will be worked off in the same order as they are in the job list.

 

Job Type

After importig a new job into job list, a window pops up with 3 diffrent options of process mode.
The icon color "green" shows, which option is selected.
Multi jobs allows to create job lists, where one job after the next one will be milled, withouth stopping from one job to the next one.


Attention:
The Inhouse does not check the disk size, material and holder from programs.
Therefore the user must take care to check if it is the right disk, material and holder in the machine.


Job Type

Single Job The single job.
The machine stops after every single job. So the material can be changed, for the next job.
Existing Multi Job Existing Multi Job.
The selected Job will be added to an existing multi job.
The machine stops when all Jobs form the list are milled.
There is no security check, for jobs that are added to a existing job list.
The user must take care that the right disc, material and holder is in the machine.
New Multi Job New Multi job.
Allows you to define a job list with diffrent jobs/nc-programs.
The machine stops when all Jobs form the list are milled.
There is no security check, which jobs were added to a job list.
The user must take care that the right disc, material and holder is in the machine.

1) Shows a Single job, which is deactivated. For milling the job must be active.
2) The icons are indicating a multi job. Every multi job receives a number, in this case "1". All jobs from the same multi job have the same number.
3) The job is again a single job, active (showed by the "play" symbol) ready for milling.
4) The last two jobs are part of the multi job number two.

The sign on the bottom ("play" or "pause") is indicating the state of the job, active or paused.
Therefore all jobs are active except first single job.
