Back No network connetion
1) If the Teamviewer connection to the machine gets lost and it isn't possible to reconnect or if you get the CAM-Software the calculaion error "Could not create folder", please check the network connection to the machine.
Therefore you have to close the HMI by clicking on "Quit".

2) Now you can see on the network symbol in the taskbar and if the network is working or not.
The red cross is indicating that there is no connection.

3) For searching the cause, open the conrol cabinet on the backside of the machine with the destined key.

4) Check if the LED´s next to the network port, where the cable is plugged in, are on.
The orange LED is on permanent, the green LED is blinking constantly.

5) Connect the network cable to the other device and check there if the network is working. To exclude a network problem.

6) If the network is working, try to plug the network cable in to the other port.

7) If the network is still not working please contact the ZFX Service & Support Team.
